Tours vary in length from 1km to 3 kms. You will be given breaks regularly and there are multiple opportunities to sit down during the tours.
We have done our best to provide food options that suit most people’s requirements and preferences. Due to our tours providing pre-booked and prepared food options, it is essential that you notify us before your tour if you have specific food requirements. We will notify you directly if our meals/refreshments are suitable for you.
Group tours require a minimum of four people in order to proceed. This number is to allow us to keep tour costs low.
Private tours can be provided for solo travellers.
All of our public tours are capped at a maximum of 12 people to ensure a good experience for everyone.
Everyone participating in our tours are required to wear shoes on their feet (this is for your safety and for insurance purposes).
We will provide you with a tote bag containing water, sunscreen and hand sanitiser wipes.
We recommend that you wear a hat and sunsafe, lightweight clothing for your tour to protect you from our delightful North QLD sun.
We also suggest that you might like to carry a raincoat if it’s our rainy season (nov-mar) as showers can surprise us.
We are happy to have support dogs join our tours, however we don’t support you bringing your pet along for a walk sorry.
Some of the establishments we visit have their own rules about dogs and support animals and adjustments may need to be made for them.
All of our tours utilise public footpaths, including kerb ramps for traversing around the tour routes. Access into and around some buildings may be limited for those in wheelchairs, however our guides will do everything they can assist you.
Unfortunately we do not offer transportation support for our valued customers.
